  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in.   Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. Very highly recommended. - The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel.
