  I actually can't say enough good things about this place!! It is wonderful, amazing value, and it is clear Erika and her husband are passionate about their business. We were greeted so warmly, and even provided with a delicious cool drink as we sat on the swings taking it all in!   Nice, clean room with kitchenette, location near to Balaton lake and not so far from the city center (approx. 1 km.). Free parking lots. Generally we liked the room and facility. - Friendly hosts, comfortable and neat rooms where nothing was missing. Very good location (near to the beach and old town as well).

  Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Free bike rental. Located reasonably close to lake, town centre, bus and train stations. Lovely little building, we saw other tourists stop on the street to photograph it. Room had balcony.
