In fact I would say that the friendliness of the staff was one of the main highlights of our stay at the Meridien. The hotel is absolutely perfect and the staff are eager to help wherever they can, also they are quite happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about Budapest. I would definately revisit this hotel in the future.

  very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffé for 2200HUF. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.
