We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.

As a solo traveller celebrating my birthday at the time of my stay I received a superb recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner & was looked after at the Bohem Art bar by being given a complimentary bottle of champagne!

From the time that we arrived, everything went smoothly at the Fraser
Residence. The staff were always attentive if anything was needed. Two
different metro stops were close by so it made it easy to get to the
center of town. Wifi and internet worked wonderfully well the entire
time, except for a short while during one morning. The kitchen was fully

Close to all main Buda’s attractions and easy access to Pest. Our room was great, modern, clean and with lots of space. Front desk staff was very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast with full of options. Staff was taking care all the time and supplying immediately. I highly recomme - A truly amazing small hotel on the Buda side of Budapest - huge well designed rooms, very comfortable, great interior design to the hotel - nice heated floor in bathroom - great ona cold winter morning - super range of facilities in the hotel and the free WiFi was def apprecaited. I have to say I have found the staff at the hotel incredibly helpful - from the moment I checked in to my departure.

The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from
Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city
centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was
comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The
bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on
the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least
during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door.
