The location was great, very good wi-fi, we had a problem with our bathroom and they change us room immidiatly very good staff.

The design is fun and friendly. The hotel is located directly at the shopping road.

Location of the Hotel is very good. It is a very calm neighbourhood and you can get to the tourist atractions very easily. Gellert Baths is less than 10 min away ! Good Breakfast.

Waterfalling noises in the the bathroom were quite annoying.

1st class hotel & staff, good location. Very clean. Good food and good variety. Would definitely stay again if I visit Budapest a second time, which is a great city.

Only downside was lack of tea & coffee making facilities in hotel rooms.

Good location, good and various breackfast, quiet and nice receptionists.

Looks like the bathroom was not clean before our arrival, there was a wet towel hanging on the bathroom door, I advised the reception and we left for the evening, when we arrived nothing happened, the wet towel was steel there, no other comments.

The location, right in central Budapest. The room was clean and very comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby and it was easy to get to Buda on foot.

Strange to say, also, the location. Vaci utca is a pedestrian mall that is always busy.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was polite, the breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was so big and clean.

At first glance it was clean, but we found a hair on the pillows, one of the blinds doesn't work, if you close it, you can't open it. And don't take a room in front of elevator because is too noisy.

Very noisy guests partying all night on the same floor made for sleepless nights. Hotel offered us another room for the last night which helped.

Taxi cost to airport was 5 euro higher compare to way from airport. Probably the Hotel cooperates with wrong taxi company.

Clean rooms, with a modern design. The staff at reception were very helpful, when our requested airport shuttle didn't arrive they booked a taxi for us for the same price. Breakfast was very good in a nicely decorated restaurant.

The cleaning staff. One morning (8.30 am) they entered our room without knocking the door or warning us!!! They were also very noisy during the other mornings, talking and laughing loudly in the hallway.

The location was fantastic, the staff was excellent and the hotel has a cool vibe to it.

There is a drainage problem in some bedrooms which gives off the occasional nasty odour. The breakfast is basic.

Very clean and comfortable, air conditioning made a very hot city bearable. All staff from cleaners to reception very friendly, willing and prompt to help. Very nice for English travellers how many people speak English so well.

Very good location, nice and clean hotel. Very helpful staff at the reception desk.

Only one waiter for breakfast is not enough. I needed to find catlery by myself and it took me a while to get atention of a waiter to provide us with a cup for coffee. A bit disapointing in 4 star hotel.

Great location,walk out of Hotel to shopping and restaurant area, and only 50 meters from Danube.

Difficult to get to when driving,but once my wife walked 100 meters to the hotel and we were able to locate the entry to the park station,every thing was fine.

Location, locoation, location....one block away from Danube river, one block away from central market and right on Vaci Utca walking boulevard near restaurants and shops all around; wonderfull acomodations, good breakfast included and very friendly, cordial and helpfull staff; could not get better value for money.
