This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money. The villa is a 10-minute walk down to the lakeside and the walk itself is very pleasant. The owners were delightful, friendly but also knew to leave us to do our own thing. They were also very accommodating in terms of any requests we had. Basically I can't fault Eden Villa for the price. Owners were VERY friendly and helpful. Bike hire was available from Eden Villa. Big front yard with lots of grass, trees, seating, a wood fire oven and spa. Only 2kms from Lake Balaton.
