The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. Everything about the hotel. The staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathroom design with shower and bath. Bed turn down in the evening with subtle touches. Excellent pool and wellness facilities. Food in all the bars and the restaurant is excellent.
