O que as pessoas dizem
I am someone who travels as much as possible on foot or by public
transportation. I was travelling in southern and western Greece and
merely passing through Thessaloniki. I came in by train in the afternoon
and needed a place to stay for the night before catching a flight back
to the us early the next morning. The hotel was ideally situated for
this, within walking distance of both the train station and the bus to
the airport. The staff was courteous and friendly, the room clean and
comfortable. todos opiniões »
The place which this hotel located is very good. It is near for almost everything!!! Near to shops for shopping, near to cafeterias, taverns, sights, bus stop, train railway and much more.
It is a very clean hotel with the best stuff . They are friendly and they can help you for everything. I recommend this hotel 100% .
Friendly staff, great location, clean room. Free Wi-Fi. There is a free
parking on the street behind the hotel (and also parking in front of the
hotel is possible and free).
All in all is a good place to stay for the price you pay and would recommend it.
The hotel is situated on the principal bulevard of Salonic, very easy to
visit the town. The personal of the hotel was very helpful. They explain
us how to get to all points of interest of Salonic.
The value for the location is excellent. Center of Thessalonika. The staff (e.g. 'George') were very helpful on food and transportation logistics. A Starbucks across the street was great.
In general it's a wondeful hotel for those who do not seek luxury. It has everything you may need : comfortable beds, clean linen, friendly staff and a very good price.
Friendly staff, my room was a bit small, but if you stay there for only a couple of days you won't mind. Breakfast was sufficient and for the price I paid per night...
Nicely renovated building and very clean. Very friendly staff.
It is located in the heart of the town. Easy access to public transport.
The staff was very friendly. At the reception desk we received information about the most interesting places in Thessaloniki.
Friendly staff and good location in the 'old' part of town. All the attractions can be visited on foot.
Crean rooms - friendly staff - excellent location.
Friendly staff.
Central location.
Good value.
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
the staff who was friendly, efficient.
Location and Price.
The location.
Everything !.
Reception. I walked into the hotel and asked if there was a room free- and they were happy to oblige and charged me the same rate as if I had booked it in advance. Overall the man working the front desk has been extremely helpful, i.e. calling the bus station to verify times for me, and giving me recommendations for local grocery store, connections to beaches etc. .
- walking distance to the center and the central railway station, friendly staff, high ceilings, balcony, excellent wi-fi;.
Great position, friendly staff. Good-enough breakfast, great value for money.
The twin room was clean and comfortable with sufficient space for 2 people.
the staff was one of the most polite and friendly and very very helpfull.
It was in the old part of town, close to many of the main sights.
I liked the location - situated in the center of Thessaloniki.
The location of the hotel and the price.
location,friendly stuff,.
Small bathroom.
location was good, ad the staff at the reception were always friendly and smiling.
Definitely location is one of the pluses. Also good price.
location is good.
Good location. near to center, refurbished.
I was tired and fell asleep easily. I woke up, however, at 3 am to the
sound of loud, pulsing bass line from a nearby club or disco. I
didn't get to sleep again after that.
Breakfast was pretty simple. Not being able to get bread at 10:15 (when
the breakfast was until 10:30). We were simply told there is not any
more bread left.
The rooms didn't look to good. They should repaint the rooms.
The first night the air condition seemed ok. The second night the air condition just seemed to put on warm air. Worse, at 3:00am on the second night a band started practicing the adjacent building. They kept on until exactly 5.30am. I would not stay there again because of my second night experience.
The bathroom was kinda small and the room had no view at all (maybe in other rooms there's street view, but I can't tell).
If you've been to Saloniki before you know what road Egnatia is all about...One of the main roads between Central Station and city center.Noise throughout, but I knew what I will find - so accepted.
There is a disco, nothing to do with the hote, which runs between 2am and 6am. It would affect all the hotels in the area.
Old building - poor breakfast.
The room had a bad smell.
it is a small hotel small room small bathroom but still value for money.
Carpet was very stained.
Nothing !. There was no hair-dryer in the bathroom as advertised, and the front desk said they had none in the hotel. Also the breakfast is pretty sparse, consisting of cornflakes, coffee, bread, cheese and spreads, (no juice or fruits). .
- extremely noisy, carpet was very dirty and needs replacement, breakfast was not very rich, but enough;.
Incredibly small and old bathroom urging for a renovation. Smelly room.
The breakfast was VERY poor and no-one cared to renew the things that ran out. As a result, there was almost nothing to eat when we visited the buffet at 9.30 (breakfast was supposed to be served until 10.30). Also, the shower is really small for an adult to fit.
the bedroom was smelling so much cigarettes and the carpet was smelling strongly molt the toilet and shower was very small that u had to pass over the toilet to have a shower.
The carpet was filthy dirty. A location 1km farther east would have been perfect.
Rooms were dirty and moist. I saw several rats in the street, next to
the hotel. In the fake ceiling there was a nest of birds which made a
lot of noise and carry all sorts of diseases.
Dirty room, dirty carpet, cheap cologne perfume in the hallway, running and screaming at night from other clients, noisy... Do not go there !!!.
cleanliness(dust in the room, beds)small bathroom, uncomfortable second bed in the room.
Dirty! They can't make a bed, and the sheets are poor and short, what a mess. Blanket was smelly. The loo was more or less in the shower, and having a shower made the water coming up from the little drainpipe in the floor, yak! VERY VERY NOISY, bought earplugs but the traffic is horrendous and for 24 hours, the earplugs didnt help. If you come at 10.15 for breakfast there is nothing left then coffee. Will not book there again.
Room is rudely little. Bed sheets were dirty (the cover linen), and the noise from the Egnatia is not that unbearable as the whole night disco and bass happening. Sooo, if you are on short stay in the city, as we did, and you want to have good time, but also nice sleep...avoid all hotels on Egnatia street. That's it ;).
there were huge blood remainings on the mattress.
The rooms need some renovation.
The view in the back of the hotel is horrible, ask for rooms with view on front.
room smelt and the floor was rough!.
