This is a truely idyllic place with wonderful views and excellent service. If you think Greek food is uninspiring this hotel will make you change your mind. The breakfasts are a feast. I never normally leave a review for any hotel but the family was so welcoming and kind - I felt I must record our experience.

Stavros is a perfect place for a nice stay and pleasure. Excelent food in many restaurants and taverns in the city center, perfect sandy beaches, warm and extremely clean sea.. From the moment we got there the whole experience was amazing. We could not fault the staff and the owners who were hands on all hours of the day and night, they were so friendly and made sure our whole stay was enjoyable . Fabulous location on the sea front. We just took the double room with extra bed for the little one and room was clean (and cleaned regularly with fresh towels when we needed them) Staff were very friendly - and drinks service on the beach was excellent! (not to mention free sunbeds and parasols - and always some free) Safe beach for kids. It's not a big resort so nice and friendly but still plenty of restaurants to choose from just 5 mins drive down road.

Wonderful hotel, very nice and quiet. Great view to the sea and town of Ouranopolis from our balcony. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I want to mention especially the staff: very professional and at the same time warm and friendly.
The breakfasts were home-made delicious, especially cakes, made by Irini.
Also I would greatly recommend to visit the restaurant Athos (it is located very near the hotel). We have never eaten so tasty seafood.

I have just been here for a week and I can only say that is probably the best place to stay in Skala Potamias area. Everything was alright, accommodation, staff, location, cleanliness. Not far from the beach (aprox. 10 min walking) not far for other great places on the Island (Marble Beach, Giola, Paradise Beach). They really deserve the 9.3 rating. Definitely a place to be recommended!
