from the first minute you enter the hotel and you see the smile on the staff with very freindly atmosphere you start to relax and enjoy your time.
breakfast buffet is fantastic , full of varities.
Room is comfortable with very nice view as we had the front sea view which was amazing.
Outlets in the hotel are perfect specially the private beach which is more than perfect
Staying in this hotel is really relaxing.

Very clean - beds made and apartment cleaned everyday. Very close to the main windsurfing area devils bay. The owners George and Rita are a very nice couple that go out of their way to help you. Very good views.

Incredibly friendly, welcoming and generous. Our 1st night on holiday on
a one night stop. Arrived late after delay, welcomed with drinks,
snacks, even delicious kebabs they had from their own family bbq. Nice
breakfast, when we had to run to catch boat and couldn't wait for
the fruit course insisted on reducing the, already modest, bill. Lovely
people, great atmosphere. Family room huge. A c worked, more than we
could say for other far more expensive places later in the trip.

This is a real 5 star resort right on the beach, with all the facilities that you would expect. Rooms spotlessly clean and maid service daily.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet food was fresh and extensive and we found something to enjoy each day. -

All have been excellent! The owners were very kind and friendly. Spacious, confortable and clean rooms in a very quite place, with a lonely and romanthic beach just in front the hotel and a small village aside, to make a short walk. Very close to the airport. completely unspoilt with a small but beatiful beach. The hotel was
excellent with a great pool and a 30 second walk to the beach. Great

7Palms is very good place for stay for an young couple. The stuff is friendly and helpful in everything you need (ex. order a taxi, rent a car, help with the Rhodes map, etc). Their English is fluent! Cleaning services in the rooms - every day. Good conection with the internet. Good equipment in the kitchen's facilities. Perfect!

of four nights). The wrap-around balconies are nice, even though the
facing street can be rather loud with traffic. The staff are very
friendly and helpful regarding directions and how to get to sites and
beaches on other parts of the island. A very close grocery store made it
be easy to use the kitchenette extensively throughout my stay.

I stayed in Alia during my visit in Rhodes this october, the room i had was spacious on the second floor soundproof with a sattelite tv. The a la carte brekfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared for me. All the areas were spotless and the bar staff was so friendly. The room was cleaned every day like i was staying in a 5 star hotel

Peaceful and relaxing place, 2 min. walk from the beach.
Away from the crowded resorts, but within easy driving distance to anywhere on the Island.
Friendly atmosphere and most hospitable staff
Comfortable room with sufficient kitchen amenities and cosy private balcony.
The poolside bar and restaurant was very good, including Saturday night live music show and "eat as you can" BBQ on Sunday night for EUR7.50!

Beautiful view of the bay from the bedroom (and balcony) and a great
spacious room. It felt like staying in a cozy one bedroom apartment.
Maria and Marco were very friendly and helpful when needed (if
you're missing anything from your room, just ask them!). The unit
was extremely affordable, especially considering the beauty and serene
atmosphere of the island.
