  The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel looked magnificent and like brand new. Everything was top notch, especially for its price. - We had a lovely room with a good view and were generally quitesatisfied.

  Everything was provided in the room that's needed for a weeks holiday from toothbrush to shaving stuff shampoo dressing gown slippers ,couch tv wi fi .The room was cleaned everyday and had a flushing toilet which you sometimes don't get in the greek islands ,I cant fault the hotel for anything with its five swimming pools an ideal place to go to r... o que as pessoas dizem » elax and being breakfast only a good selection of food , As a resort it is very close to the main town of plantanias which is a five minute walk with - staff-very friendly and helpful good location - helpful to travel around chania

We arrived at a very late hour of August 15th (it was well after 1 a.m.) and we found two very kind and helpful people waiting for us. We obtained one extra bed for our 7 years old child at no additional price.
