Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

We've been in hotels in China, Thailand, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, France, Italy, etc. and always had a 3star or more, Renieris was the first 2 star Hotel we choose and it was amazing to find out the cleaniness, friendlyness, service was the best we've ever experienced! The hotel is new, bright, clean and the pool area beautiful with a view, grass and flowers. Lovely breakfast room with a view, and a good continental breakfast buffet. We loved staying there, and appreciated the wireless connection troughout the hotel also.

Great location with a view of the ferry, seafront and mountains.
Breakfast was very good - fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, cold meat, cheese, bread, croissants, doughnuts, bacon, eggs etc.
Staff were very friendly. Room small but adequate. Hotel was very quiet but lots of restaurants and bars very close. Beach lovely. Also local museum worth seeing.

... o que as pessoas dizem » of Mr Costa, good communication via facebook before our arrival (checking some details), simple but all-you-need equipped studio, very clean (cleaned 3 times during 7 days) and the value for money rate which was really great. Because, nowadays is already "normal" to find bad things instead of what was promised or illustrated in pictures. The location is very good, with the little help of our owner Costa we found everything easily :-) -
the owners and staff were fantastic. the price of the room with a kitchenette was ridiculously low. if you are looking for peace and tranquility the location is perfect. and you also know you are very close to some fantastic places either by bus (very good service) or car, (hania, balos etc. ) the little port nearby has places to eat and for me one fantastic bar that looks at the entire bay. (i went in the middle of september)
