We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella!   My girlfriend and I were very satisfied during our three nights spent at Nefeli Homes. The caldera view is breathtaking, the rooms are nice and the price is very affordable... but what made our experience truly perfect were the members of staff (specially Ioanna, the owner)! The owners were very friendly, professional and made us feel welcome.. Friendly - even a little cheeky - without oversteppi - Hotel staff service is very good, back to the hotel, every day have a feeling of home. The location of the hotel is great, can see the sunrise and sunset, on the balcony of this hotel facilities is also very good, everything is so perfect! Thank you very much George for our attention!
