  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming. For a small fee he picked us up from the port and took us to the airport.. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull we hadd all the information we needed. The room was like we saw it in the internet very clean and comfortable.

  We were very happy to have made our choice to stay at Nomikos Villas, the location was perfect, the view was spectacular, the staff were attentive. All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
