We visited the hotel in May, therefore it was not overcrowded. The staff
was very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful views. The
food was good most of the times, tasty desserts and fresh salad. There
was ice cream available at lunch/dinner time and at the bar. It was
close to Chania and its location is good for exploring with a car. I

The resort wasn't too big,so we,especially our son was very happy finding every facility close to each other.The ground level room had access from both the garden side and the reception side.The staff was attentive and always smiling.The sea is perfect.

I've came back from Royal Sun hotel few days ago. We spent there whole week, and if I will be ever back in Chania I will choose this same hotel one more time :). The hotel was very comfortable and elegant. Our room was very nice, the balcony with view of plants and houses and front door to the pool. The staff was very helpful and bikes to the mountain ride were organized easily from reception. The beach next to the hotel was veeery nice <3

They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft.
Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool.
The grounds are very well maintained.
Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
Everybody is motivated to make sure you have a wonderfull time.
