  The location of the hotel is excellent just on the beach. Sea view is from every room. It takes 15 minutes to get to Batumi center by car. Near the hotel there are different cafes.   Helpful and attantive personnel. We were given kind of lux room instead of booked much cheaper standart. Hotel and rooms are clean, well planned and decorated. It situated in a renovated mansion on a nice downtown street. It's small size makes it very cosy. We were in Batumi during unexpectingly bad and cold weather in end of April. But AC w - Hotel was really Elegant, owners had put efforts to make stay for clients plesant and comfortable. Everything was clean, quite new, tea was avaiable at any time.Breakfest was quite good, at least big enough for men. WE STAYED 2 DAYS AND BREAKFEST DIDNT VARY MUCH.

  Easy to find, located on a main street (Kutaisi-Batumi) but still quiet. Next to it is a shop, ATM and an exchange. Rooms are small, simple but comfortable (really great bed linen). Owner is very friendly, nothing is a problem. - Extremely friendly stuff!   The hotel is very well located - in the city center and close to the beach.The room is big and clean, our was on the 5th floor with a nice view. We liked the terrace with sun-beds and set of 2 chairs and a table. Hotel staff made our stay very pleasant by their kind and polite attention, help and support. Put themselves out to show one of our party the nearest pharmacy and help make sure correct product provided. In addition, they got us cheap taxis, and gave advice on local attractions. The apartments were well equipped, and for those with time and inclination to use them had jacuzzi baths in each apartment. The apartments were well located a couple of minutes walk from shops, cafes, beach and casinos.
