La Provençale Près De La Mer is a villa of 250 m2 located in the town of Sainte-Maxime. The guests can enjoy the swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. (open from May up to and including September) and the garden of the villa.
The villa consists of two floors. The ground floor features a kitchenette with dishwasher and refrigerator, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and two patios. The guests can make use of the barbeque facilities in the garden. The living room with a fireplace and the kitchen are located on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. Some of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Both floors also feature balconies.
Saint-Maxime has delightful sandy beaches and an attractive old town centre with year round activities and entertainment. There is also a marina. The area enjoys an average of 300 days of sun per year. There is plenty to do in the area. You can enjoy water sports, riding and golf. You can also enjoy Aqualand's wave pool and slides. You can visit the botanical gardens, Pierre Plantee with its 3000 olive trees and Monges with its ostriches.
