My husband and I booked the Hotel for a dbl room for 5 nights some time
prior to our travels. We arrived mid-Oct. From a stay in Sardinia; our
grand tour continues until end of Jan. 2014 so we have lots of stuff.
The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day
for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With
kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of
course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e
daily! The location is wonderful,

The welcome and the tranquillity - but we were there out of season so
parking was easy on site too. Very close to railway station so easy to
get to Toulon and the rest of the coast - also easy walking distance
to Bandol town centre shops & beach. Would visit again and

Perfect location on the main street of Aix-en-Provence, above an excellent restaurant. Huge clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower, big fluffy towels, very comfy bed. We travelled on the Eurostar for our first time in Aix-en-Provence. The
hotel is really a restaurant with rooms but no less comfortable for
that. Our room was right at the front and so a bit noisy on the Saturday
night but the staff moved us to a lovely ground floor apartment at the
back of the hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff themselves
were fantastic, the room(s) had everything you wanted, and a very good
restaurant just downstairs! We will go back.

The staff at reception was very hospitable, the room was amazingly comfortable and nice, almost luxurious I'd say, the "aquatic room" was great, breakfast was very good, and all this for an unbelievable cheap price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, gave ideas of places to visit and the accommodation is very pretty.
Breakfast was probably the best we have had out of all of the B&B's we have stayed in, providing assorted condiments from the region.
