Everything about Le Petit Sully was wonderful! The owner and most
gracious hostess, Jeanine Poulain, could not have been more friendly,
warm and welcoming. We felt as though we were her personal guests in her
home! The house is the epitome of French countryside, with beautifully

The property has been renovated to a very high standard providing luxury accommodation yet retaining the charm of a 16th century house. The house is beautifully furnished with antique furniture, carpets and luxurious soft furnishings. The breakfast is excellent served in a lovely dining room. The accommodations were excellent and the location was fantastic for
seeing the historical sights of the D-Day invasion. I particularly liked
the staff's attentiveness to our wellbeing and the exceptional
cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. I would, without a doubt,
recommend this place for anyone interested in visiting the Normandy area
of France, especially if you enjoy World War ii history. -

What a special place for Americans! The hostess and host (English fluent) were gracious, friendly, good humored, and very attentive to all our needs and quirks. It was wonderful to have a gourmet community kitchen to cook a little supper, and they brought a sumptuous breakfast to our own quarters. The room design has every convenience and comfort; with beautiful and impeccable taste. Plus a really, really darling couple. What could be better?

It was a cute/home like place. We stayed in the attic. It had a queen size bed and a twin bed. The Cider store below was very charming for breakfast. The owners were very nice. We got lost and called and it was getting late. Past their preferred check in time...but they were very understanding (we called to let them know we were close and lost).

Owners helpful and very welcoming
A real plus that the family also runs an apple orchard which produces Calvados, cider, juice and jellies. We learned so much about the process to make these products and were served apple juice and apple jelly at breakfast.
