The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.

Being right next to lac Annecy, stunning area, can't wait to go back. Would recommend hiring a pedals and going for a swim, it's apparently the clearest lake in Europe....! Can quite believe it, you could see right to the bottom. -

If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view). The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops.
