  The welcome; the "orangerie" room, as My Wife had recently had a hip operation and was still using sticks; the delicious meals and service; the gardens surrounded by old trees. The best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time - and we travel quite a lot! - Magnificent place to stay. Very kind personnel and great delicious food.   The spa facilities are fantastic and very well organised. Although the person at reception at the Grand Cerf was a little odd, staff at the neighbouring hotel where the spa is located were lovely and allowed us to keep our bicycles in their closed garage.
