Very modern villa with functional furnishing. The guest apartments, at least three of them, are in the bottom level where you also have a terrace in front of your entrance. There is also a private car parking at the same level.

This is the best place I have ever stayed after more than more than 20 years of travelling I have found heaven! Stephanie and Oliver treated us like family with care, class and an attention to detail only found in 6 star hotels! The home made breakfast was amazing and I still miss it. Everything about it is superb. Just when you thought it could not possibly get any better Stephanie did my hair for an awards night and it was perfect. The atmosphere is pure peace and happiness. Sous l'Olivier is at the end of a windy road, a 5-10 minutes drive from the center of Menton. There is a shortcut if you are on foot.

Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special.

Price of a motel, but services, location, and cleaniness of a resort.
The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even
emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast
is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche!
Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy
new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if
extremely clean.

The location is remarkable. 5 minutes walk to the castle, the house next door is the church itself, so you live in a village and within 5 minutes you go down to Nice or elsewhere.

Excellent location; You will find excellent restaurants in walking distance. "Hortense" focus is really professional to make her customers as satisfied as possible. Remember, it is a B&B and not a Hotel. I can recommend the location for a 3-4 night stay in Cannes area . -

I liked everything in Villa Zen! Location is perfect (if you are a
tourist with a car), we were planning to travel and visit different
towns along Cote d'azur so we hired a car and lived at Villa Zen.
Travelling to that place is amazing, because there are incredible views

The accommodation was spotless, its location in the mountains of Roquebrune afforded you peace and quiet, but with the convenience of a short drive down the mountain to Menton and surrounding villages. Breakfast by the pool was even more enjoyable because of the stunning views, we were given just the right amount of privacy, but at the same time Laurent and Michelle were on hand to help when needed, we would thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning sometime in the future.
