A very friendly hotel situated on a quiet road, close to the sea front and surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. I had a large room with a balcony perfect for relaxing and " people watching " in the evening.

The hotel's location is absolutely ideal for a city trip, close to
everything, easy to reach by bus from the airport (stop Gustave v). We
had a quadruple room which was quite large and had two confortable king
size beds, we stayed for two nights and we will likely stay here again
if we come to Nice again. The breakfast place across the street offers a
simple but nice breakfast for a few euros.

This hotel is excellent value for money. We had a triple room that was very clean, quite big and good light from the two big windows. The windows were well insulated so there was virtually no noise from the street below.

Very good location. Minutes from Gare Train Station. Minutes to the main
street with shopping area. Staff was English-speaking, really trying to
help with directions. Hotel does not take checks, but cash works just
fine :) Very clean, towels changed every day, bed was made also very day
(lest admit, it does not happen every time at hotels). You have to pay
on arrival. Breakfast available, but for 6 euros per person.

Atmosphere was acceptable - Locality - close to beach (you must pay for Helios private beach) and close to all nightlife. In very popular quarter, but does there are no issues with noise. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
