Friendly welcome and Reception, manager and staff went out of their way
to accommodate and please. Very appealing and intimate hotel in
excellent beachfront location, on main road, but efficient double-
glazing kept out the road noise. Interesting Reception area with
Egyptian artefacts. Everywhere tastefully decorated. Very reasonable

Perfect location, clean rooms with magnificent views.
We went to Nice to watch the Tour de France and the hotel owners were more than happy to let us build our store our bikes in the hotel.
Very helpful and polite staff.
Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though.
We will stay here again next year.

It looks like hotel, but it's organised like camps with bungalows (you're free to do whatever you want in terms of cooking for yourself, they're not obsessed with number of persons like in other French hotels, because we are 5-members family). - Located in a nice and quiet part of the town

that the room and bathroom were clean and ready for occupancy and since we had children with us they allowed us to stay extra hours on the day of the check out,parking facility right outside the hotel too - It was lovely and quiet and very well located.

Very helpful staff. It helps if you know a little French. The lovely lady who helps run the Hotel is a Sweetie. It was very clean, comfy and tidy. Brilliant value being in the heart of Nice, Loved the old and new Nice . So close and convenient to the Metro Station, cafe's, shopping and the square was just alive with buskers and entertainment. And oh the Restaurants.
