A very special building - a villa, surrounded by trees and bushes, a very nice, quiet, peaceful place, at the same time only 200 meters from a publich beach and less than 1 km from the old town of Antibes. The owners taking good care of the hotel and the customers.

The staff were excellent,helpful,and very pleasant. The garage is a definite plus,in an area which is busy and parking is not easy at this time of year.The accomodation was clean and comfortable,and for three of us just right.A little street noise,but that was due to the massive work going on,and that should be finished soon. -

Hotel America have the best staff I have dealt with in a long time. The staff there is fit for a seven stars hotel, extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to port, city centre and beaches. Its ideal if you want to stay in a place that is 5 mins walking distance from everything in Cannes.

Clean, neat and new rooms. Comfy bed. Good service and friendly staff.
Can't think of anything we really disliked. The breakfast was 15
euro pr person though, which seems a bit expensive for cereals,
croissant, nutella and som fruit. But we used the minibar as a
refridgerator and bought out own groceries at a supeemarket nearby. ;-)

Nice large, quiet, comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Within easy reach of beach, shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommend! - Very hard to fault this hotel. Perhaps a mini bar in the room would be useful but that's really all I can think of. I had an excellent stay here.

Stay here! The owners are so lovely, the room was spacious and the nicest we stayed in in all of France (even paying double for some rooms for less of a room), an amazing view and superb location! Such a treat! I wish the best for the lovely owners. Lovely town, too!
