Thank you for upgrading us to a suite on our 1st visit to Paris. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, everything was perfect - location, shopping all within easy reach. The Room is clean, spacious and well kept. It was certainly a surprise for us after reading al the comments about the room being small for Paris Hotel. It was just nice for a couple. We like it especially for the location - the Metro which is just 2 mins away and the airport bus as well. The staff are friendly and help

The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. Picked this hotel by reading reviews and didn't regret a second.
Excellent location - metro is only 3 min walk, lots of shops around,
pharmacy and lots of fruit counters. Were returning back to hotel around
11-12 in the evening and didn't spot a single weirdo. The room was
spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean
with the towels changed every day. Staff was amazing from the minute we

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. The staff was excellent! Very friendly. After a long drive to get there, we arrived after 1AM and were able to get quickly check in. The man working at the front desk even moved his car and gave me his parking spot for our entire 3 night stay.
