The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!!
