  The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, and put up with our poor French (although some of them could switch into English). Free internet was great! Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré- Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station. 2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes. 3. Public kitchen is a good thing. 4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

  The front counter associate (I think he was a manager or owner) was super helpful and polite. we can a day early and he help't us find a cheap place nearby. and also looked after our bags the next day when it was too early to check in. - It's near the metro and bus station about 50 m and the train station Gare du Nord about 500 m.
