Please note that arrivals are expected between 17.00 and 19.00.
If you arrive before 17.00, know that you can leave your luggage for free at our office (Tuesday through Saturday 10.00-13.00 / 15.00-19.00)
If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply:
- From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30
- From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50
- From 11:00 to 00:00: EUR 100
To anticipate any delay, thank you to indicate your flight number / train, and the time when you expect arrival.
Please note that a EUR 500 deposit will be required upon arrival. The deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This one is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques and cash will not be accepted for deposit. The pre-authorization will be released after your departure and inspection of the accommodation.
Cleaning fees are not included in the total price. The price of final cleaning and tourist tax charges will be charged at the same time you are charged for the accommodation.
American Express, checks holidays and any other currency than the euro are not accepted. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Ashley&Parker 39 rue de France, 06000 Nice. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
