  Since 1996 we have stayed at the hotel on seventeen occasions, particularly when it was managed by Isabelle and Freddie. The hotel is now better than ever. The breakfast room and the buffet breakfast was excellent, and so was the food for the evening meal, both in content, cooking and price. There were four of us, the service in the bar was excellent, and the service we received from the proprietor and h - The hotel is well-situated in Albert close to the centre. The owner and his team are friendly and welcoming. I was offered secure, covered parking for my motorcycle which was much appreciated. The rooms are basic, but clean. A good shower and basin, but no bath. It was a hot weekend and the fan in the room was very welcome. Dinner was at a fairly standard country French food level and was tasty and well- cooked. Breakfast was a generous cold buffet. Overall the accommodation was good value.

  A really useful hotel if you plan to tour the Somme battlefield sites. Easy to find, with plenty of car parking. Situated a mile or so outside Albert centre, which is a pleasant enough town with a few restaurants and the magnificent Basilica. I had a comfortable twin room, and had dinner at the hotel on a couple of evenings, excellent service a... o que as pessoas dizem » nd good food. The breakfast was the usual French buffet with a good choice of cereals, ham, cheese, croissants etc. Overall a very good stay. - Ideal location for exploring the Somme battlefield. Good, clean comfortable rooms with great showers. Stayed for 2 nights, had breakfast both mornings set us up for the day really well. Restaurant menu was pretty good value for money compared to other places we ate out at. Friendly, helpful staff who looked after us well. Recommended if you are looking for a base from which to explore the area.

  The staff were very friendly, very helpful. It was a lovely hotel to stay in, close to Thiepval, in a lov ely setting right opposite the beautiful basilika. Dining outside the hotel in the evening was great.
