  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.   I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square.   We adored the ambience and feel of the hotel. The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.

We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay
