Bedrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. Bedding looked like it had just come out of its packaging.

Bus to many locations right outside front door, metro nearby, several sights in walking distance. Hotel reception staff very helpful. i thought breakfast was plentiful, and good value for money at a special price of 6.95 euro (it had been advertised online as 10 euro which was still ok.). the room and common areas were very clean. best of all was the supportive bed for a problematic back.

The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms were cleaned ever day, it was very close to the Eiffel tower about 20 minutes walk and there were tons of shops and restraunts around, it is also 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. Location is good, not very close to the center but anyway some sightseeings are quite close - Luxembourg garden, Pantheon , it's also half an hour walk to Cite.
Breakfast was basic but tasty and filling.
Rooms are quite clean.
To reach the hotel : take the direct line from airport to station Denfert-Rochereau and then 10 min walk by Arago Bld, to take a right turn to Corvisart street then.

Hotel Delarc is located very centrally for tourist destinations around Paris. This means most things to eat close to the hotel are a little pricey. Metro is very close so its easy to travel around the city.

Location, Location, Location which is around 10-15 steps to Champs-
élysées... Staff team were really excellent... They speak Arabic,
English, Italian and ogher languages. The Room was clean and economical.
Breakfast was ok. I recommend this hotel for smart stying. They offered
my late check out untill 3:00 pm!!! Which is excellent. Free wifi... For
sure I will come again and again
