If you are a train traveler-this hotel is perfect for you. You can not
miss it when you exit the train station. And the area around the train
isn't too bad either. I always felt safe. The tram to the city
center and points of interest is right there as well. If you are near

this hotel is in a great location across the road from Gare St. Jean. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, it was not very spacious but we were only there to sleep and leave our bags so we could explore the city so for this it was perfect. We had one day to spend in Bordeaux and this hotel was perfect as we had an early train to catch the following morning. We walk from the hotel to the city centre along by the the river and it was a lovely walk through a beautiful

1) the hotel is very close to the rail station St.Jean, so you don`t have to carry a heavy suitcase and take any taxi (2 minutes on foot and you`re in the hotel)
2) Close to the city centre (7-10 minutes by tram or 30-40 minutes walk along a very nice river La Garonne)

We received a warm welcome on arrival and our hosts took their time to go through all our questions. We were given great advice on where to eat where to walk etc. When we entered our room we couldn't believe how lovely it was. It was better than the photos and had great attention to detail.
