and friendly, which is extremely welcome in a city known for
hostility to visitors. The rooms and common areas look superb and
recently renovated. The deluxe double room we stayed in was lovely
and had a very comfortable washroom and shower. Daily turndown

The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make
the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the
hotel as we ate out at all times.
