  I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was very approachable and fr... o que as pessoas dizem » iendly, the maid checked my room, towels and re-made the bed every day, which was a nice touch, in the past I have had to ask for this when needed, bu - I had asked for a change in room location within the hotel. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

  The hotel was in a great central location. It was a short walk to Notre Dame (I have a slight walking disability) but could handle the walk. The bus stop is directly across the street from the hotel and ATM's are next door or across the street. It was such a short walk to the Seine. We did not speak french but this did not interfere with having a wonderful time in Paris. People were very und - Brilliant location, with in easy walking distance of most central sites. Very clean and comfortable hotel. We felt our room and bathroom were quite spacious for an attic room in Paris. The price we paid was very competitive. We were at the back of the hotel and it was quiet at night.

  I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work.   The hotel is newly refurbished, with modern/design furniture. The room isn't wide but fair for the Paris downtown area (old historical buildings). Very clean and full of free of charge amenities like minimal, WiFi, films and internet on tv. The best was the wonderful service, really kind and full of attention by the receptionist: Mr. Hasan (I beg ... o que as pessoas dizem » you pardon insurance if the name is not correct!). Was impressive to us the warm welcome received, not really usual in Hotel. Sincerely Thanks to Mr. - The staff were really excellent - incredibly friendly and approachable, and helpful in every way. Really lovely people who were doing their best to help and make sure you had the most comfortable stay. Cannot recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little on the small side, but the location is excellent and close to Metro, sightseeing, shopping, etc. Minibar (non-alcoholic) was also included in the room cost. I hope I get to return there some day, I really enjoyed myself.
