The Guest Lounge is very inviting with espresso machine ; 2 computers with printer and large screen TV.   Localização - The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially how the receptionist actually came out of the hotel to our taxi to greet us and to help us in with our luggage, and the help she gave us with our luggage up to our room and down the next day.
