our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff
were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels
in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the
hotel, and highly recommend it!

The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant.
We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures!
Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time!
