The rooms have recently been refurbished, the bed was comfy and the was air conditioning and a nice big tv. It was quite at night but still very close to the sights and a very good metro line. -
GHood hotel with friendly staff. Great position close to Cadet metro station. Can even walk to Seine and shopping if you are energetic.

The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). The room is very small butclean and equiped with nice antique furniture (mid 50th I guess). Staff is friendly, helpful and welcomed. I like this hotel very much

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lafayette very much. Location is excellent - just a mere moment from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street. I imagine it may be a bit far from the centre to some people but the metro is just 2 min away and it will take you to Louvre in 10 mins. travellers. Location, 5 minutes walking from Poissoniere metro
station and 10 minutes leisurely walking to the Opera Garnier and
