  Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro. Our room was small but comfortable. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air.   Location is great. You have two metro stations very close. One that can get you to some of Paris attractions directly, and another one that gets you to gare du nord directly. Pretty handy. Room was ok, but I wasn't e - I loved the location, Rue Daguerre is a bustling street with plenty of bars, cafes, nightclubs and restaurants as well as a lovely market. You are within 40 mins walk of the Eiffel and Notre Damme, or alternatively there are very close metro stations at each end of the street.
