The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic - it was renowated a year ago and now looks totally different - the interior is fresh, modern and full od fashionable design motives. In the comfort room there was a change of towels each day, hairdrier in the closet and free of charge safe. Location is perfect, next to Oberkampf metro station, and also near to the second one. O conforto do quarto e a localização excelente perto da Place des Vosges, zona do marais, a 50m do metro. - A melhor surpresa foi haver uma mini cozinha no quarto. Outra surpresa o pátio interno do hotel, com liberdade para sentar-se ao sol. O restante era bom mas já esperado por ser um quatro estrelas.

Room was beautifully designed and lit, bed was very comfortable indeed and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great too - all in all a brilliant place to stay -
First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.

The location was brilliant, within a quick walk of The Marais and all it has to offer. The attitude of staff was most helpful as well. Cleanliness was tops, and a nice change from some hotels I have found in the past. All in all, everyone did all they could to help me during my stay. Also for someone who isn't a good sleeper, the quietness of the hotel was most pleasing.

Easy to find, good public transport links nearby as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants, friendly and helpful reception staff, comfortable bed, old but functional en-suite facilities. -

This place has a GREAT location. It is very close to transportation. There are ATMs, very good shopping (especially men's clothing on Rue Turenne near the hotel), great restaurants (try Beaucoup on Rue Froissart around the corner), and necessary things like a pharmacy, market, laundry all within half a block. Breakfast is spartan, but adequate.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, just a few minutes away from the metro stop Froissart, which is on a very useful metro line. You have direct access to Opera and Champs Elysees. Place des Vosges and small boutiques in Marais are within walking distance. The breakfast was included in the price and it was good. Our room was quite spacious by Paris standards. This hotel will be my first choice next time I visit Paris!

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.
