  the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. The room was spacious compared to the standard you usually get in Paris. On our last day, the staff prepared an early breakfast especially for us at 615am as we had to check out early.

  Da localização, com certeza... o lugar é muito bonito, conhecido como "triângulo de ouro"( mas o metrô mais próximo fica a menos de 10 minutos andando...). Os atendentes do hotel foram todos muito amáveis, especialmente os dois portugueses. O café da manhã é bastante bom, mas, as mesas muito próximas, o que não dá muita privacidade.   The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a "W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the reservations that you request. Location is excellent as well. Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Will definitely stay there again. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy. The room was great, there was a well-stocked minibar (I didn't check the prices, though), and the bed was comfortable and (again) very clean. Absolutely no complaints in this department. The location was great for me - It is very close to Porte Maillot, which is where the buses from Beauvais Airport come to... o que as pessoas dizem » and leave from (this is the main reason I chose the hotel in the first place). It is so close that you can walk to Porte Maillot in about 2 minutes, - Cleanliness was excellent, Hakim and the rest of staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious compared to paris rooms sizes, many shops and restaurants just downstairs and metro is just 10 minutes walk. I just wish if they had a kettle in the rooms
