Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! It was perfect to listen to the Jazz fest that was going on across the street.   Proximidade da estação de trem - Friendly reception staff, room was very clean, a good size with plenty of space for luggage clothing etc. Bathroom was also immaculately clean. - It's good location close to train station and not far from beaches. The staff speaks English, we didn't ever need to use French over there. Good stay.

  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room.   We truly liked everything about this hotel! The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I think that the best thing about this hotel is its location! Has a lift. Good value if you can get for approx €50 per night. We stayed 4 nights. 24hr reception is also a plus.
