  Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early (before check-in time) and the staff was helpful in getting us a room quickly. Hotel décor is modern but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. We selected the hotel based on price and previous reviews and were not disappointed. Stayed here to avoid the expensive prices of Switzerland. I live in Germany so it was nice to still have my German cell phone service in France and Basel, Switzerland!   This place was amazing - so beautiful and contemporary, we loved the decor and furniture. We were traveling with our 4 year old son who slept on the sleeper sofa and was very comfortable. The location to the Basel Airport is also fantastic and made our very early departure easy to deal with. Lovely big room, comfortable bed with good linen, bbc channels on the tv, and best of all a really fantastic breakfast included in thr tariff. i wish we could have stayed longer!

  I liked the room and I felt excellent there. The staff was nice. Is really close to the tram station in Basel. - Easy access to basel (50m walk and 10min tram). All you need in a little apartment room. Great heating too!!
