  This was our second and more thorough visit to cognac. It is a beautifultown and we had several good meals in town with taxi back to the hotel.The hotel was very comfortable with excellent and helpful staff.   We were needing a stopover on the way from St Malo to Gascony and this was as good as it gets to locate, to relax and to be treated as important customers. Staff couldn't do more for us. Room was clean and comfortable.
