Great location and cheap at 75 euro for a double room. Really good for the Congress in Cannes. - The location is excellent for Cannes as I have been there quite a bit over the last 6 months for work and location is perfect for me whether I am travelling alone or with someone.

Hotel America have the best staff I have dealt with in a long time. The staff there is fit for a seven stars hotel, extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to port, city centre and beaches. Its ideal if you want to stay in a place that is 5 mins walking distance from everything in Cannes.

Clean, neat and new rooms. Comfy bed. Good service and friendly staff.
Can't think of anything we really disliked. The breakfast was 15
euro pr person though, which seems a bit expensive for cereals,
croissant, nutella and som fruit. But we used the minibar as a
refridgerator and bought out own groceries at a supeemarket nearby. ;-)

Nice large, quiet, comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Within easy reach of beach, shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommend! - Very hard to fault this hotel. Perhaps a mini bar in the room would be useful but that's really all I can think of. I had an excellent stay here.

The hotel is nice and cosy, the staff very efficient. Pleasant swimmingpool and its surroundings. Very good restaraunt, big rooms. - The clean place, the helpfullness of the receptionist and hotel staff, being in a very quiet, peaceful area.

Friendly hotel, everyone seemed rather older than us (we're mid 30s), so was very quiet. Parking was good, even though it was an extra 19€, not bad for Cannes. Pool was nice and main shopping is literally round the corner and croisette 3 minute walk. -

Perfect location, very beautiful building and rooms inside. Nice view on Cannes (city or sea). It's better to live on the 5-th floor, as this building is higher than others around and you will see the whole city.
Restaurants, boutiques, Palace of Festivals are just nearby. -

Замечательный отель на второй линии от моря прямо за 5-звездочным самым модным Карлтоном. Удобное и, главное, тихое(!) местечко. Мы останавливались в стандартном twin номере, и он был просто выше всяких похвал: просторный, с террасой, отдельными ванной и туалетом, просторным гардеробом!

Friendly personnel, very helpful and attentive to our smallest inquiries. Spacious room, very comfortable, big shower. Terrace with table and chairs was another thing we liked. Convenient located, easily reachable from railway station and near to the sea promenade.

This is a lovely hotel, close to everything, but on a quiet side street. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff gracious and helpful. Parking is on the premises and the entrance to the hotel is beautifully landscaped. -
