localizacao - Lovely decor and friendly helpful staff. - Our stay at your hotel has been a wonderful experience. Not only was the room large, spacious and well equipped, the chambermaid did a good job cleaning up and arranging the beds neatly everyday.Most of all, your frontline counter staff have made our stay a memorable experience.

nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside
swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent
security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

Hotel America have the best staff I have dealt with in a long time. The staff there is fit for a seven stars hotel, extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to port, city centre and beaches. Its ideal if you want to stay in a place that is 5 mins walking distance from everything in Cannes.

Clean, neat and new rooms. Comfy bed. Good service and friendly staff.
Can't think of anything we really disliked. The breakfast was 15
euro pr person though, which seems a bit expensive for cereals,
croissant, nutella and som fruit. But we used the minibar as a
refridgerator and bought out own groceries at a supeemarket nearby. ;-)

Perfect location, very beautiful building and rooms inside. Nice view on Cannes (city or sea). It's better to live on the 5-th floor, as this building is higher than others around and you will see the whole city.

It was a lovely hotel and great value for money, we did not however stay for breakfast in the hotel which was expensive at 22 Euros. Great location, modern design of the apartment. New equipment. Very nice friendly owner that runs fitness class in the basement. I was afraid that it will be noisy but there are new good windows and was not a problem to get proper sleep.
