Localização, Limpeza - Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. The room was clean, staff friendly, and it was close to everything. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

There are rooms on the 3rd floor with big balconies. We were on the 4th floor, with at least a good view and big windows. Public parking at one- minute walking distance

welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive - The room was really nice and big.

Friendly and nice-to-talk hosts, cozy lobby and our room, charming flavour of old good house. At the same time all modern facilities are in place. Wi-fi worked fine. Great location - almost in the center of the city, but quiet in the nights. And especially charming little garden and small sunny terrace in the back yard. -

We so enjoyed our stay. Old fashioned for the ambiance and modern where it was needed. Such a pleasant change from the anonymous modernity of most hotels. the owners were delightfully helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, comfortable beds, immaculately clean and well decorated, which bearing in mind our visit was at the end of the season

The staff were incredibly helpful and very nice. The location was absolutely perfect and, although the parking was on the street and as you could find it, we managed to get a spot right next to the hotel. The room was very big and lovely. I loved the separate 'walk-in-robe'. Such a gorgeous town, a pity the weather wasn't very good. Definitely a place I will be going back to and this is where I would stay again.

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -
