Only three miles from Arles, but like a country house. The dinners were well priced and delicious. The pool was recently refinished. Every room faces a garden with a terrace or patio. The rooms are large and so is the refurbished bathroom. We took walks along the country road after dinner. The hosts are charming and jolly. I just adored this guesthouse in Provence.

Design and décor of room and hotel was of a very high standard.
Bedroom was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped - particularly liked the walk-in shower.
Breakfast was enjoyable with very fresh ingredients and a great range of teas and coffees.
Communal lounges, equipped with laptops and Wi-Fi, provided somewhere to relax after dinner.

We were booked into the Best Western at Arles but when we arrived, they could not accommodate us as there was a noise problem in several of the rooms. The hotel redirected us to another hotel, the New Hotel, less than half a mile away at exactly the same price.The New Hotel was excellent and we thoroughly recommend it. Full marks to the Best West

specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs!
