What I appreciated most what the cleaness of the room and bathroom. The furniture was simple but comfortable for a few days stay. We just needed a quiet place where we could cook food, and rest between shopping and sightseeing, without carpets on the floor. Since we both have to avoid certain foods, the cooking and opportunity to keep food cold was essential. It was very cheap compared to other self-catering options, and the windows effectively shut out noise from the streets. There wasn't an endless party going on as in some hostels.

I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing.

I came to this lovely hotel to relax for a couple of days and my intention was a success due to the peaceful natural setting, excellent facilities and wonderful aqua park.
