  The hotel staff were always very friendly, helpful & professional. The view from the room ( 19th floor in my case ) was splendid, over the harbour and the sea beyond.   Everything was absolutely perfect, including the price. The hotel wasbeautifully decorated with classically designed public areas. All roomsare warm, comfortable and quiet, and immediately offer a perfect'sanctuary' to the cold and snow outside.
